Nightingale Notes / Health Messenger Integration

When Using the Teletask Health Messenger with Champ Nightingale Notes there are a few things to know:

  • Appointment reminder messages automatically transfer from Nightingale Notes and the Health Messenger and Confirmations/ Cancelations automatically transfer back to Nightingale Notes.
  • The following must not change for the Appointment Reminder connections: Message name, message response codes for the voice appointment reminder and message response codes for text messages.
  • You can edit appointment reminder messages as needed. Be aware that the {custom1} field is where the message typed in from Nightingale notes is added.
