Set it and forget it: How the Process works
1. Setup data source
Automate CSV, TXT, Excel and other files file uploads through our Uploader Software or SFTP transfer.
2. Create Reminders
Choose message types (voice, text, email) and create the content of your reminders and Test your reminders. Optionally add languages, send rules and web survey links.
3. Send Your Reminders
Save your datafile to the Upload folder to automatically send reminders according to your preset timings! Other automated options available.

Q: How much can messages be customized?
A: Messages can be customized based on any data associated with that phone number, including language preferences, clinic location and appointment type and more. Calls can be sent from the caller id of your choice, additional messaging rules available (for example, a voice message is only sent if an SMS Text message can’t be delivered).
Q: How long does it take for setup?
A: After an initial meeting we can better estimate the time for deployment, however end to end deployment is very possible within 48 hours.
Q: How is pricing determined?
